Monkey Bread

This is probably the least healthy thing in the world- but it is SO GOOD! Lucky for my waistline, it's too sticky and sugary sweet for my tastes! But it's perfect for little man who needs all the calories he can get- and it lasts him an entire week of breakfasts!

INGREDIENTS
• (2) Pillsbury Grands Biscuit
• 1 stick of softened or melted butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

You'll also need cooking spray, a knife or pizza cutter, and a bundt pan

INSTRUCTIONS
• Pre-heat oven to 350°F
• Cut biscuits into fourths
• Mix sugar and cinnamon
• Toss and coat biscuits with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
• Spray bundt pan and put coated biscuits into pan evenly.
• Mix brown sugar thoroughly into melted butter.
• Pour brown sugar and butter over biscuits.
• Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes.
• Cool 10 minutes and flip over onto plate... be careful, it will be syrupy!

I keep the leftover monkey bread and plate in a sealed covered cake pan. Little man pops it into the microwave for 30 seconds- and has it as a side to eggs or with a cold glass of milk. Easy peasy!
